Reddish (Rooibos) Tea. The Protector.

Local to the Western Cape of Southern Africa, Red Tea - rooibos is a shrub type plant with very long, needle-shaped foliage that turn reddish after fermentation. When you push through the countryside to the north of Cape Village, you observe rooibos just about everywhere. Rooibos is a traditional drink of the Khoi people of the Cape.
