Team Pure Intent knows in order for our youth to keep up with the ever changing mannerisms of technology, schools, work force and lifestyle they must be equipped as well as engaged at an early age to handle the every day changes.
TPI is here for the youth giving them the understanding of ownership, responsibility and more importantly the mindset to create a legacy for their families. While we know some will take the traditional routes of four year colleges and then further themselves in careers in the corporate sector, others may have the drive and ambition to invent, create and master their craft that will result in becoming an employer rather than an employee. With either mindset, it is important that we teach our youth the importance of diversifying themselves so that they will become much more effective and valuable in their respected communities.
With the help of parents our program will allow members of TPI to volunteer some of their time to encourage and teach the valuable principles of interview etiquette for jobs, the importance of follow ups, and most of all relationship building in the work place as well as personal. As simple as this may sound the statistics show an alarming rate of teenagers as well as young adults that are not prepared for the new environment they will be facing. With the leadership and continuity of our team we will look to enhance their skills in these particular areas.
We know that with consistent effort on behalf of the parents and our volunteers at TPI we can truly bring back the understanding of "it takes a village to raise a child" With this mindset they will leave away with legacy vehicles that will start them off with higher self-esteem, power to believe in themselves, influence and the concept of living their dreams and visions to the best of their ability. Dreams and visions do come true when we work together in unity.

The only thing worse than being blind is having sight with no vision...Helen Keller
"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition. They somehow already know what you truly want to become. Everything else is secondary." -Steve Jobs: was an American inventor and businessman
